Day one of being stuck in the forest, almost at the end of my rations, a cookie my sister made. Will begin foraging for berries soon.
Found a path to follow, will update
Path longer than first expected
Update: Found a tree to shelter under. Had to fight two kids off for it. Said they were hiding from a witch in the woods. Told them witches are typically stories used to demonize women and minorities and to maybe revaluate their word choice.
Anyway, helped them push the old lady bothering them into a fire and took the tree for myself.
They did give me some solid advice about leaving a trail to find my tree again later. Will use remainder of my cookie rations.
