Not commonly known is that while modern revelation supposedly comes from these meetings,

body of the church can reject it. Will be either walked back or dissipate out of currency.

So it is important I register my 100% rejection of Sister Bingham’s words.

Forming new policy and ‘modern revelation’ is not just top down for Mormons.
