The tweet at the start of this thread is an example of the misunderstanding/misrepresentnation in the carelessness of of them.

The Premier did not "relax". He remains adamant the province's finances are a mess, which is true.

He just won;t do anythign about it.

But - *sigh* - cash flow is an important part of the province's financial woes. it is grossly irresponsible (if not astonishingly naive) to dismiss the problems encountered on 18 Mar 20 as if they were nothing.

They are a sign of the depth of the GNL problem.
