At the outset of artificial intelligence, I am almost certain a lot of ministers of the gospel used eschatology and the likes to concort a lot of theories and instill fear in Christians.

While I am not oblivious of the antics of the devil in the end time,we have to be careful.

The wonders of AI and its associated technologies is still a mystery to many, even researchers. Most of it is black box. Because we don’t understand it totally does not mean it is evil.

I believe God made science for man. Man explores science to make life better. Discoveries in science do not come on a platter of gold. Man has to search it out. Proverbs 25: 2

I am not here to lend credence to any conspiracy theory or invalidate them, but then, this is not the first time we have seen things like these. There was so much buzz prior to the year 2000 about many things. 20 years later, the world has not ended.

The Spanish flu, the world wars etc significantly affected the world but somehow, the earth remained. The outbreak of #COVID2019 might be new but still not unprecedented.

Contorting theories and using biblical references to support it can be counterproductive. No one knows when the world will end. No Pastor, no prophet. None!

Some of the conspiracies around 5G , IOT, vaccines etc remain postulations. While I understand that conspiracy theories makes a lot of people feel better, don't be swayed by lopsided, obnoxious doctrines.
