Hey @MayorOfLA... Where was this zeal when we've been begging you to enforce the public health laws against criminal vagrancy?

How about demanding the end of people criminally living, defecating, urinating, fornicating and ultimately dying on our streets?

While you're at it, how about cracking down on the piles of garbage stacking up on street corners, alleys and under freeway overpasses all over the City of Angels?

But no... no no no.... he's only "Mr. Tough Guy" when it's to stop law-abiding, tax-paying citizens just trying to scrape out a meager living, trying to keep some semblance of normalcy and commerce in the most devastating economic disaster of our lifetime.
