Liberty or Bondage? I’ll preface this thread by saying it’s a tragedy anyone has become sick or died as a result of the #ChineseVirus. Having said that, we will decide if public health policymakers have appointed themselves as the Fourth Branch of Government. #COVID19

On March 13, 2020 President Trump declared a National Emergency over #COVID19 and California became the first state to issue a “Stay at Home” order for its citizens, and others quickly followed suit. To understand how these models are generated, we will look at how the CDC collects data on #Flu deaths and what is included in those numbers. Flu deaths aren’t counted by death certificates alone, they’re “estimated” based on a number of things. https://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/burden/how-cdc-estimates.htm

Many factors are taken into account when the CDC calculates #Flu deaths for the year, including “non-respiratory” deaths that may not be flu related. The CDC, HHS, New York, and others are using the IHME model to forecast #COVID19 deaths and hospitalizations. These projections and assumptions are being analyzed by the same people who artificially inflate #Flu deaths on a annual basis.

It’s no surprise public health policymakers used the highest curve possible to demand “Stay at Home” orders be issued by the government. And it’s not surprising to learn that these models are often wrong.

This model is being used as a basis to shut down the American economy, and may well be faulty. The costs are being borne by America’s finances and liberty. States are determining which businesses are “essential” (Planned Parenthood) and which aren’t (Gun stores).

Unelected public health experts are crafting national policy, and we saw the same thing during the #ImpeachmentHoax of President Trump. They’re not accountable to the people, and don’t suffer when their models and projections go awry.

They’re not the ones who will suffer when paychecks dry up, homes are lost, suicides spike, and families break up. Fracturing America’s economy is likely to cause far more deaths and disease than #COVID19 ever would.

We simply cannot allow the “cure” to be worse than the “crisis”. I hope @POTUS @realDonaldTrump is listening.
