BSDK shudras community used to be most benefited.
Further, once temple was taken over,by christian britishers. Tax was imposed to make entry into temple. Those having no money were denied entry. This is how Shudras were made depressed, and we're classified as depressed class 1/n

A section of shudra were classified into Depressed class in 1920s, in Indian census.

Then, among these few section groups were divided into Notional Untouchables and Touchables. These two notation were made to same group of people.

First ever temple which denies the entry for anyone into temple is Jagannath temple, in 1806. This was due to tax imposition.
