Manu Says " जन्मना जायते शुद्रः, कर्मणा द्विजः उच्यते ".That means all are Shudras by birth and by deeds they become Brahmins, Kshatriyas and Vaishyas. In the present Era the word "Manuvad" is being taken negatively by the people like you who even don't know the abcd of Hinduism.
Brahmanism is also used as a synonym for Manuvaad itself. In reality, people who are busy with Manuwad do not know about Manu or Manusmriti, or they keep chanting Manuwad for their vested interests. Actually, casteism is not even mentioned in Manusmriti for which it is blamed.
What is Manuwad ? When you get the word Manuwad repeatedly, the question flashes in mind that what is Manuwad after all ? Saint Manu is considered to be the first spokesman of the human constitution and the Adi ruler. Because of being a child of Manu, humans are called humans.
That's all why a man is called the child of Manu.  Of all the creatures of the universe, man is the only one who has ability to think. In Manusmriti, the arrangements given for the operation of society can only be called Manuwad in a positive sense.
Manusmriti: Manusmriti is a collection of all the arrangements that have been given for the operation of society. That is, Manusmriti is the first constitution of human society, the scripture of the judicial system. It is compatible with the Vedas. The law and order of the Vedas
has also been called the duty system.  On the basis of this, Manu created Manusmriti in simple language.  The name of the constitution or law in Vedic philosophy is theology.  Maharishi Manu says- "धर्मो रक्षति रक्षित:" That is, who protects religion, religion protects it.
In the present context, the law protects what the law protects.  Law is compulsory & equal for all.
What we call religion at the present time are actually cults. Religion means that which is worn and the human holding element is humanity. Humanity is the only religion of man.
Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, Sikhs etc. are not religions, are sects.  Sanskrit religion is not synonymous with any other language in the world. By mistake, the word 'Religion' in English has been accepted as religion, which is absolutely wrong.
Its true meaning is Sampradaya.  If an English word is taken near religion, it can be 'duty'. The law speaks of duty.
Manu has also laid maximum emphasis on the duty.  The name of the same duty is called Manav Dharmashastra or Manusmriti.
Nowadays more is talked about rights, no one talks about duties.  That is why discrepancies are seen in the society. Later on the basis of Manusmriti, Maharishi Yajnavalkya also created theology which is known as Yajnavalkya Smriti. Even in the English period, the basic basis of
India's law and order has been Manusmriti and Yajnavalkya Smriti.  Law students know this well. The statue of Manu is also installed in the Rajasthan High Court.

Dalit opposition in Manusmriti: Manusmriti is neither anti-Dalit nor promotes Brahmanism.
It only talks about humanity and human duties.  Manu does not consider anyone a Dalit. Dalit-related systems are the product of the British and modernists.  The word Dalit does not exist in ancient culture. There are four categories of human being rather than four Varna Castes,
which is completely based on their merit.  First Brahmin, second Kshatriya, third Vaishya and fourth Shudra.  Even in the present context, if we look at governance, people are divided into four categories - first, second, third and fourth - to conduct administration.
According to the arrangement of Manu, we can put the first as Brahmins, the second Kshatriya, the third Vaishya and the fourth as Shudra.Depending on the birth, then his caste can be anyone. Manusmriti considers the same human race. There are two distinctions of that human race.
Manu days that all human beings are born as Shudras later later on the merits they can become Bhramins , Kshatriyas or Vaishyas. According to Manu if the child of a Bhramin is unfit then according to the quality he becomes any of the Four Varna's person . Similarly the children
of a Shudra can become a Brahmin on the basis of merit. There are many examples in our ancient society when a person became a Brahmin from a Shudra. Maryada Purushottam Ram's guru Vashistha was a Mahashudra Chandal, but on the strength of his ability, he became Brahmarshi.
Maharishi Vyas was a child of a fisherman (Nishad).Even today there is a tradition of worshiping Vyas Peeth before the commencement of Bhagwat.Vishwamitra was a Kshatriya. Many examples exist in our texts, which automatically contradict the allegations that Manu was anti-Dalit
ब्राह्मणोsस्य मुखमासीद्‍ बाहु राजन्य कृत:।
उरु तदस्य यद्वैश्य: पद्मयां शूद्रो अजायत। (ऋग्वेद).
That is, Brahmins originated from the mouth of Brahma, Kshatriyas with arms, Vaishyas from the abdomen and Shudras from feet. In fact Shudras were considered inferior because of the
misrepresentation of some Englishmen or others as having originated from the feet, in reality the feet symbolize labor. Being born from the mouth of Brahma means a person whose work is related to study and teaching. Today's intellectual class can be placed in this category.
The Kshatriya Varna arising from the arm, i.e. a person working in the security forces.Vaishya born from the stomach means the productive class. The Shudra class arising from the stages at the end.
Here it is necessary to see and understand that this class, being generated from
the feet, has been conspired to be impure or inferior, whereas according to Manu it is a class which can neither use intelligence, nor its body or not capable of doing business. In such a situation, he can contribute to the society by doing service work or as a laborer.
The purpose of explaining the division of the Varana through the body is to tell it's importance, rather than one superior or inferior to the other.  Because every part of the body is dependent on each other. Can a healthy body be imagined by separating the legs from the body?
Similarly, a healthy society cannot be imagined without the four.
Reality of Brahmanism: Brahmanism is not a gift of Manu.  Some inherent selfish elements are responsible for this.Even in ancient times, there must have been people who misused their rights to keep their unworthy
children like them or to pursue them. Today's education system , recruitment in Govt., can be an accurate example of this in the present context.  Because some people even made their unworthy children doctors through corruption.
Nowhere else in our constitution can we pursue our unworthy children by adopting corrupt methods. The society or the people then are to blame for this. For example, the constitution creator Baba Saheb Ambedkar had arranged reservation in the constitution for 10 years, but later it
was pushed forward due to political interests. In such a situation, what is the fault of Baba Saheb?
Manu makes the system of education mandatory for everyone.  Even the uneducated do not give the right to marriage, even today, even after 70 years of independence, some section
of the country are still illiterate.  The biggest reason for not being able to understand Manusmriti was the words made by the British verbally.  Which led to the meaning of meaning. Western people and leftists also spread misconceptions among people about the scriptures.
That is why Manuvaad or Brahminism created more chaos.
Manusmriti or Indian scriptures should be read in the original form and its correct sense.  Scholars should also bring out the right and fundamental things.
Only then will people's perception change.Darashikoh became a devotee of Indian scriptures by reading the Upanishads. In history, his name is recorded as the benevolent emperor. French scholar Jacaliot in his book 'Bible in India' has openly praised Indian science of knowledge.
It is necessary to be a Brahmin to become a priest, a priest: A Pandit and a priest will become a Brahmin, but he does not have to be a born Brahmin. Here,Brahmin means superior person and not caste.Even today, it is not necessary to be a casteist Brahmin but to be qualified for
the post of religious leader in the army. Dayananda's organization Aryasamaj has thousands of scholars who are not Brahmins by birth. Among them, hundreds of Purohit people come from the Dalit class since birth.
"शूद्रो ब्राह्मणतामेति ब्राह्मणश्चैति शूद्रताम।
क्षत्रियाज्जातमेवं तु विद्याद्वैश्यात्तथैव च।"
Maharishi Manu says that according to karma Brahmin attains Shudra and Shudra attains Brahmanism. Similarly, children born to Kshatriyas and Vaishyas also acquire other varnas.
So my dear intellectuals wash away your so called intellectually and don't creat false propaganda against Hinduism and it's culture, civilization, traditions etc.
