1/ Wasn't going to post this in here, since I'm actively avoiding twitter for a bit but it's on my Instagram and that actually helped:

Just sent the first wave of 3D printed med supplies ❤ as I mentioned before, we were given the "Go-ahead" by Columbia Presbyterian in NYC...
2/ Thanks to a very detailed email exchange on safety guidelines, all the reading-resources that people were kind enough to send me via my Twitter, #Prusa's brilliance, and @gothamknowledge's tireless 3D modeling, I were able to send out the first box...
3/ I've been staying "Off the grid" so I can focus, because I've been mentally overwhelmed, and omg thanks heavens for true friends who give a damn enough to actually reach out. ⠀
⠀⠀
The supplies will go to the intake center for proper sanitation...
4/ And then distributed to medical professionals, we already started on the second wave. Now we just need to wait for the elastics and plastics needed to add to the next wave of parts.

I'm lucky enough to have some income that can be put to good use, so I'm not asking for money
5/ But some people saw me on Instagram yesterday, and reached out to me about wanting to help. Including some people I absolutely love and admire that I met here, like @/ToadallyPriya who made an amazing contribution.

So, if you feel inclined to help you can donate here:
6/6 This is the link where I usually get donations through my page: http://www.rosedf.net  https://www.paypal.com/paypalme2/FirstGenSci

Whatever you decide to help with will be going to materials/filaments, I already own the 3D printing equipment, but as I said we started already.

See you soon ❤
P.S. #StayHome please!
We're doing this taking every single precaution humanly possible, and I have years of training in infectious disease control and universal precautions (that was part of my detour before I came back to my love, the universe)

Be safe and take this seriously
I have about 10 minutes left in here, and I've answered as much as I can in DMs.
If you have Qs please use the contact on my website (on bio) or I won't see it for a while once I leave Twitter.

Side note: Someone had this out when we went for drop off, thought I'd share ❤
Not sure what's going on with Twitter since I'm not in here enough these days, but timeline/posts are laggy. Anyways:

THANK YOU to those of you who decided to pitch in, it was a very sweet surprise this morning. Since I'm already covering costs, residual cash will be donated ❤
