Sooooooo ppl have been asking me how this “sorcery” actually happened HAHAHAHA,,,, so here it is peeps:

(DISCLAIMER: What I’m about to say worked for me but it doesn’t mean it would work for all.)
First of ALL: Puberty. Yes, I believe its wonders. HAHAHAHAHA.
The soap that I use: I would be lying if I say I didn’t use kojic. HAHAHA. It really helped me lighten up my complexion. But I don’t really reco it to those who have sensitive skin. It’d easily irritate your skin.
I’ve been using kojic for years now, & idk, my skin is somehow already used to its ingredients, so it doesn’t cause any irritation to my skin now.

Also, using kojic would make u more sensitive to the sun, so lessen your sun exposure. Use sunblock! Otherwise, u’ll burn ur skin.
Since then, I’ve always been preventing to go under the sun. Or at least for not too long. HAHAHAHAHA. I’m that friend that would always have an umbrella in my bag. HAHAHAHAHA.

Being afraid of the sun is always my MOOD actually. HAHAHAHAHA.
My weightloss: When I entered HS, I started to join the school’s volleyball team and since then, I got physically active. Plus I told myself, I really wanted to lose weight so I changed the way I eat.

So from JHS to SHS, that was 6 years of being a varsity and mainting a diet.
After SHS, I didn’t have the chance to continue playing. So I have decided to just attend the gym. I also decided to have a gym instructor to guide me. I wanted to go to the gym not because I want to bulk up and be mascular, but to actually prevent myself from getting fat again.
And to tell you honestly, I don’t go to the gym consistently unless it’s summer. Because of school, sometimes, it makes me lazy to even bother. Hahahaha. I know, it’s a poor excuse. But yeah, that’s how I grind. Hahaha.
So yeah, I am VERY consistent during summer. Because of this, I also have to eat more.

But when the schools starts again, I tend to get less consistent so I have to push myself to have a strict diet instead. That means, I always have to eat less. No skipping, just less.
DETERMINATION!!! If you really want to glow up, don’t just depend on “puberty” itself. You have to make efforts! That’s the real key. It doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a process. So if you think that puberty hits you poorly, it’s not too late! Don’t lose hope! You can start now!
And alsooo, your weight and skin complexion don’t completely define who you are! So don’t look down on yourself too much! There’s more in you that reflect true beauty, so embrace who you are!!! 🤗💕
