1/ I DON’T WANT *MY* TAXES PAYING FOR *YOUR* HEALTHCARE.

Yet our insurance premiums are pooled and actually do pay for the healthcare of others.

Under #MedicareForAll, our taxes would (and could) NOT pay for anyone else’s healthcare because that’s not how federal finance works.

2/ It’s not that you don’t want *YOUR* taxes paying for *THEIR* survival. You want those decisions, of who will live and who will die, to be made arbitrarily by for-profit corporations instead of by gov’t and its law – the latter of which is created by *us*: the whole of society.

3/ It’s not that you don’t want *YOUR* taxes paying for *THEIR* education, *you* want to individually make those decisions for yourself:

- Big donors to colleges get to sack professors that teach uncomfortable truths. ("If you want my support...")

- The richest members of a community decide which schools are funded better than others. "I pay more taxes than those **lazy people** on the other side of town."

5/ The truth is that the federal gov’t could provide basic needs – survival – for all. Our corrupt fed representatives and their billionaire backers don’t want to, because doing so would take those decisions out of the hands of those billionaires, and into society’s as a whole.

6/ If the government funded all healthcare and education, it would not just make people healthier and better educated, it would end this line of thinking and undermine this evil individualism, forever.

- Healthcare would be provided by SOCIETY AS A WHOLE, not the arbitrary decisions of an employee at, or owner of, a for-profit company.
- College would be taught by professors that teach uncomfortable truths.

- Schools for "those lazy people on the other side of town" would be just as good as on the wealthy side of town. Suddenly those "others," now provided for, would be less lazy and commit less crimes because they would be less desperate.
