To add to this: if you think watching TV will rot your children’s minds & reading books will expand them, why is that? I’m not a parent but I am an ex-child who read books & watched TV constantly, & it was brilliant. I just hope parents out there don’t beat themselves up too much over daft & unrealistic middle class expectations because, honestly, if your kids are happy, you’re doing great 🙌
