These are CIA controlled banks to launder money.

Michael Hand was helped to hide for 30 years.

Michael Hand was a former CIA man. He "left" the CIA+ formed Nugan Hand bank w/Frank Nugan.

Nugan Hand Bank reported $1billion in had been laundered in 1979. Frank Nugan was found shot in the head on January 27, 1980. His death was labeled a "suicide".

Nugan Hand went missing.

It is worth nothing that William Colby "retired" CIA Director became the lawyer for Nugan Hand Bank. Two years after the "demise" of the CIA's hidden bank, Colby was found dead.

Nugan Hand, again, went missing. 30 years later, he was found.

When Hand disappeared from Australia he moved back to the U.S. where he assumed the name 'Michael Jon Fuller' and lived in a small town in Idaho.

His role in arms smuggling, drug-running, and covert operations for the CIA was rewarded w/ a new identity and a new life.
