Misconceptions & tunnel vision of what reality shows do to d brands of contestants has put much pressure on contestants dat they begin to live a false live/narrative.
This is a thread based on #RoksieTheBrand ๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ‰ It's based on observed &anedotal evidence
So how does this concern my faves Kachi and Rosie:
Kachi and Rosie developed a short, medium and long term plan for their lives and their empire. Kachi is a serial entrepreneur and has always been successful in his endeavours. Rosie is also an entrepreneur #RoksieTheBrand ๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ‰
kachi intimated that social media can be a distraction for him in terms of achieving these goals. I need people to understand that your interpretations of brandbuilding are not the interpretation #Roksie have. It goes beyond endorsements, issa hustle for them #RoksieTheBrand ๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ‰
1. building brand value is a long term (no less than 5 years) process.
2. A brand is not endorsements. endorsements are short term usually 1 year for fledgling celebrities of d reality TV genre. Rosie's strength is dat dis is an area she can leverage for the #RoksieTheBrand ๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ‰
3. Endorsements are short term relief that can help one continue to do d full work to build their brand. No one lives on Endorsements ask Serena Williams, she has a full time job and business

Brand success is not achieved in d limelight, but at d back end, via networks, real life business collaborations& a good marketing strategy: social media is very secondary I see Rosie as d marketing front of #RoksieTheBrand ๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ‰and Kachi is the business strategy/operations
4. Good strategy & actual leg work, innovation develops and institutes a brand. Most brands built on social media are limiting, a flash in the pan, people move on. it is d ability to keep the business end intact dat determines long term brand success #RoksieTheBrand ๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ‰
So what are d valuable things that matter then?
1st is good business/financial acumen, a vision dat translates into real on ground business development. Our faves between dem encompass dese skills. I trust them wholly to know dia strength and defer to them

On Social media: Most of the trends I see from reality show fans are not organic. Dey are pushed by btw 200 /800 actual fans. In d grand scale of making sustainable business or building a brand this is a means to an end rather than the end itself. Why?

Except u selling luxury goods& ur fervent fans are millionaires who are ready to buy at d same rate & numbers every time , 800 clients needs to be scaled up & diversifying critical to sustain a brand (five years litmus test). I see this as Kachi's strength #RoksieTheBrand ๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ‰
I value d SM angle it keeps our faves visible. But building a brand on d alone is very difficult. The relations that are fostered at d back end, actual ON THE GROUND thriving businesses guarantee d success of a brand. Our #Roksie i believe get it trust me #RoksieTheBrand ๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ‰
