As citizens of Zimbabwe, we must never set a dangerous precedent by sanitizing the breaking of a Constitution for any reason by anyone.

It's fact that @nelsonchamisa's appointment as president of the @mdczimbabwe was constitutionally questionable after Morgan Tsvangirai died.
The Supreme Court ruling is completely fair.

This is a chance for @nelsonchamisa & @DrThoko_Khupe to show leadership; to show that they respect the rule of law:

1. Immediately put an end to all the infighting.

2. Revert back to 2017 structures.

3. Hold a new congress.
While we are all fighting each other and breaking into two factions, our common enemy, @ZANUPF_Official is laughing in the corner: they have achieved their goal of breaking up the opposition by use of the legal system, no beatings or torture necessary.
For once, the members of @mdczimbabwe need to put aside their ego's, their pride & their fighting and do what's best for Zimbabwe. Zim does not need another Zanu-PF lookalike.

Quite frankly, I'm sick and tired of supporting a party whose splits keep on costing us elections.
Everything that @DMwonzora has said is true: why is he being called a traitor for upholding the MDC Constitution and respecting the Supreme Court ruling?

Let MDC show that they respect Constitutions, the rule of law, and the supreme court ruling: a ruling that is fair.
