I have a huge favour to ask the #Asian #sikh #muslim #hindu communities of the west midlands. I appreciate this is a massive undertaking as I can't provide dates/location for identity reasons..

I was spotted by an Asian man, one day I decided to jump into his car at a set of traffick lights. I asked him if he was following me, he said he wanted to help me and could see I was in trouble. I told him I was fine and stormed off stroppy teenager style..

Soon after, I was being attacked and I looked up and through my tears I saw him in the distance and we made eye contact. I knew he'd witnessed what had happened.

A week or so later the police told me he had been in to see them and told them that what was going on, urged them to investigate and said he was extremely concerned about my welfare.

The police were highly amused and thought he was a jilted boyfriend that had caught me with a 'client'. They basically laughed him out the station. I told them they'd just fkd up! But it was too late, I never saw him again

If he were to read this he would recognise himself and remember me. And can provide me details which would verify his identity, sadly I don't know his name.

I would desperately like to find him to be able to thank him. He was a stranger that tried to help, but was not taken seriously by the police. He would now be in his early 50s and this was in the west midlands area. I would give my right arm to be able to find him
