We know the idea of asking reporters to put quests on @MoHFW_INDIA WA group before #pressers has been farcical. Not only quests are cherry-picked, hardly 1 or 2 are taken up. Here's a thread of quests which went #unanswered on #Apr_3. #IndiaFightsCoronavirus by #GaggingPress.

1.Out of all the tests done in India so far, can Dr Gangakhedkar clarify how many individual people been tested,and how many second, third, fourth tests etc have been done?- Some states have announced they will expand testing criteria from ICMR's criteria. Are they allowed?

2. Will those positive results be accepted by the Centre?
3. How many ILI and SARI patients come up in hospitals across the country over the last two weeks?Also, how many samples of such patient have sentinel surveillance been conducted on?
4. How many Docs are tested positive

5. Who is testing the quality of PPEs which are being delivered to healthcare workers in India? How many healthcare workers have been infected with COVID-19 in the country?
6. By when will the ventilators be delivered for which orders have been placed?

7. Could you tell us how will the staggered lifting of lockdown work especially when we see number of cases increasing rapidly?
8. Have the initial gains India made towards flattening the curve been lost? Is India seeing community transmission since cases are doublingevery 3days

9. The labs of DBT and CSIR have been allowed to conduct tests. ICMR said they need not take approval. Has it been checked if they have  viability to conduct samples for pathogens?
10. Also, ICMR said it will not supply kits to them. So from where will these labs get the kits.

1. Can Mr Gangakhedkar shed some light on testing criteria to be widened. Does interim advisory issued by ICMR that hotpots can be tested with rapid antibody kits still stand true?
12. What happened in national task force meet that was supposed to be held on Apr2 at 5 pm on this

13. Can ICMR also give details of the number of SARI and ILI patients who were tested for Covid-19 and their results thereof?
14: Could Dr Gangakhedkar update on the meeting on testing that took place yesterday and was mentioned in the briefing too?

16. Our ASHA workers are in charge of various COVID-19 related surveys and  quarantine surveillance. There are many complaints about lack of PEP facilities for them. In Haryana, some ASHA workers were beaten up by the police. Can you please clarify what steps are being taken?

19. British Health minister has promised 1 lakh tests by this month end. By when will we also be able to do the same?
20. If asymptotic people can also spread, why are we not making masks mandatory?
21. What details can you give us on the Punjab cluster where at least 19 are +ve

22. Which states have requested deployment of paramilitary forces to enforce lockdown. For which states has it been granted?
23. Would one still need need RT-PCR tests to confirm Covid19?
24. Is the government doing expand testing by use of antibody rapid test kits ?
