When I go on about The Politics of Blame, it is the attitude I attack- not individuals, who should be ignored rather than pilloried or hung out to dry. The Politics of Blame are usually accompany Management by Blame; yet they are oblivious. Finding fault in people is no solution.

They may say it is vital to hold people to account. Fair enough. Holding people to account does not include using flimsy evidence to concoct outrage and develop or insinuate murderous conspiracies. The blame obsessed have an on-off switch knowing no subtlety, nuance or shade.

These things are vital when no one really knows what is really going on and they are trying their best to use judgement as there is, as yet, no firm instruction book. Chucking blame about in this frightening situation is appalling irresponsible, immature, negative and dangerous.
