@virginmedia tried your web and txt message service and no response in 12hrs. Horrible internet speeds at our place of 0.5Mbps. Can someone help?
@virginmedia, to be fair I don& #39;t want to talk to you any more than you want to talk to me.. but I still haven& #39;t heard anything from you. Attached is our history of internet speeds over the last 12 hrs or so. Would appreciate a response to my messages on your automated system
And here& #39;s another test from my computer, this time with 0.17Mbps. Still nothing from @virginmedia! Would appreciate you getting in touch ASAP
@virginmedia, me again. Internet speed still horrible but unfortunately it& #39;s no match for your woeful customer service! Still nothing from anyone at Virgin Media on any support channels. Look forward to hearing from you!
@virginmedia, we now have no internet at all and still no response from anyone at Virgin Media, including from your social media team. Message from your system this morning says there& #39;s a line issue. Please get in touch!

Hi @Ofcom, I haven& #39;t got a response from @virginmedia regarding my woeful broadband speed and intermittent connection. I lodged a request with them on Friday but so far total radio silence via all channels. Do you have any suggestions for how I can get this resolved? Thanks
