@virginmedia tried your web and txt message service and no response in 12hrs. Horrible internet speeds at our place of 0.5Mbps. Can someone help?

And here's another test from my computer, this time with 0.17Mbps. Still nothing from @virginmedia! Would appreciate you getting in touch ASAP
@virginmedia, me again. Internet speed still horrible but unfortunately it's no match for your woeful customer service! Still nothing from anyone at Virgin Media on any support channels. Look forward to hearing from you!
@virginmedia, we now have no internet at all and still no response from anyone at Virgin Media, including from your social media team. Message from your system this morning says there's a line issue. Please get in touch!

Hi @Ofcom, I haven't got a response from @virginmedia regarding my woeful broadband speed and intermittent connection. I lodged a request with them on Friday but so far total radio silence via all channels. Do you have any suggestions for how I can get this resolved? Thanks
