quietly: one of the things that had me hesitant abt pluralgang to begin with was tulpas and the idea of forcing plurality, and that& #39;s where I& #39;m drawing my line

neurodivergency? awesome
forcing your brain to do a thing it doesn& #39;t want to? bad, bad, bad
Give me attitude if you want to but quite aside from my heavy suspicion that the word tulpa is culturally appropriated, this is a deeply uncomfortable concept
Yep, it& #39;s Tibetan. So if you& #39;re white, using it to refer to conjuring an alter and binding it to your will/control when it& #39;s appropriated from a heavily oppressed people...

.....ddddont. please.
To be clear i dont think there& #39;s anything wrong with wanting to be plural, altho i find it a bit odd, and I& #39;m pro-endogenic all the way

I just, uh, everything i have ever heard or seen abt tulpas has weird racism and Active Emotional Self-Harm all over it and i dont wanna see it
If you& #39;d like to try explaining to me how tulpas aren& #39;t cultural appropriation, you& #39;re welcome to try. Much like fujoshi, I& #39;m really not sure what the argument is other than "but i LIKE it".
