Past 20 hours have been pure hell. I had a fibromyalgia flare up, then immediately a severe migraine attack. All of this obv accompanied w stomachache, brain fog and this time paralysis in both my hands. I kept wishing for death because maybe it's easier than a life like this.
My entire body felt like it was on fire, with hot lava passing through, as if someone had my voodoo doll and they poked it with all their strength. Migraine made my eyes feel like they were going to pop out and my hands, didn't feel like.... anything lol.
I'm not entirely sure why I'm making this thread, but what i want to say is that it breaks my heart when i see healthy people not appreciating their health enough. eg when i see people smoking. i mean it's obv your choice or whatever, but i breaks my heart...
....because i would give up everything to be able live a normal life. To not have to pop 5 pills on a normal day. I would give up anything to wake up in the morning and be able to get out of my bed in once instance, to not have to waste at least 30 minutes because...
....I'm waiting for my hands to stop shivering and to finally feel my legs. I hate to ask my family to massage my shoulders, feet, hands every chance i get BECAUSE MY BODY JUST WON'T STOP HURTING ALL THE TIME.
....I would give up anything to not have my hands and legs paralysed in the middle of a lecture or an exam. I would give up ANYTHING the live like most people. i know this sounds like self pity (maybe it is bc this SUCKS) and I'm not strong enough.
I've lived like this ALL my life and will have to live like this till the day I die. And I'm tired of people taking their health so casually. My day starts with pain and I fall asleep feeling pain. IT. NEVER. ENDS. I hate that I'll have to be in a wheelchair for people to...
.... acknowledge my disability. All I'm saying is, if you have health, you have THE most important thing in this world. Please PLEASE do not take it for granted. There are people who would trade anything to have what you have.
