Here to share some of my past absurd book purchases, each representing some project of self-improvement that somehow never quite happened...

By the end of all this, we will have...

mastered Sanskrit

...and classical Greek...

,,,got the hang of physics...

...biology...

...and economics...

understood society...

...grasped the essence of things in themselves...

...understood our highest cultural achievements...

...added to them...

...and critiqued the whole thing...

...tried to understand the point of it all...

...without going mad in the attempt.

But it’s not all work, there is still time for light reading.

By the end of this, we will have degrees in economics, maths, physics, and bionics!

So our aim is to become, each one of us, our own perfect cousin.
