Alright I finished Arlong Park and it really was a good arc. It helped Nami's character a lot for me because I like her a lot now. I found Ussop to be quite annoying in this arc tbh. Didn't see much of Sanji, Zoro and Luffy until the climax but that's not a problem.

I like how Nami and her past was the focus of this arc. I really liked her backstory. Her actions and attitude in the story previously were justified now that I know where she was coming from. The village and the members were cool. Arlong as a villain alright I liked his-

Ways of achieving his goals. He was completely brutal and evil with a superiority complex which is fine. Him arriving and having such a brutal impact on the village really established his character. Especially what he did to Bell.

The climax fight of this arc was amazing. I love how luffy's ability gives Oda so much room to be creative and Luffy destroying the map room was an elite moment.

Overall a good arc. I'd give it a 7.5 or 8
