There are many tools to assess whether someone is frail, including the widely used Rockwood one.
They don’t work well for younger people who are disabled and shouldn’t be used in that context.
Tools are dangerous in the wrong context, like a hammer to swat a fly on the window.

I remember from my brother’s experiences... being disabled often felt like one long battle to be heard, treated as an equal, be taken seriously.
Is it any wonder people are currently cynical and scared in the context of #COVID19 ?
