Fun fact:

Viruses survive much lower temps (well, well, well, well below 0°c, or 32°f) than they do higher ones (72°c)

That's right 72°c or, for most here, 160° Farenheit!!!

you'd need extremes, at both ends, to be effective in killing viruses with temperature...
mechanical means are most effective, long term
like Soap!

Viruses are slick motherfuckers, but they've yet to overcome physics!!!
nother fun fact:

You can't get water for washing your hands hot enough to kill viruses - not even close!!!

ice cold water with soap is effective at killing/removing viruses and bacteria

hot ass water sans soap, NOPE!!!
You'd be much more successful in the effort washing your hands with dry sand
which is not very successful, for those keeping score
