So I sent a letter to @ArchieComics about a month ago expressing my disappointment with what happened years ago with the Archie Sonic reboot that removed many characters starting with STH #252. The never replied to my letter in any form. (1/8)
Something similar happened to someone who sent them a letter about the Archie Sonic reboot back in 2016, and they told them that they couldn& #39;t discuss characters or storylines. (2/8) http://fav.me/d9pn9g3 ">https://fav.me/d9pn9g3&q...
Seeing how they wouldn& #39;t let Ian Flynn talk about the fate of certain characters for years since 2013, it feels like they really don& #39;t care about the fans. And with the comic cancelled, they don& #39;t seem to even care about fans of the reboot as well. (3/8)
I even discussed many issues in this video about the Archie Sonic reboot anniversary back in 2018. None of the parties I criticized have learned anything since. (4/8) https://youtu.be/7M4tSLxKn0E ">https://youtu.be/7M4tSLxKn...
I& #39;ve decided to unfollow Archie Comics& #39; Twitter since they don& #39;t seem to care anymore, and given the success of Riverdale, I doubt they& #39;ll ever care about Archie Sonic fans again. Heck, SEGA doesn& #39;t seem to give a crap about them anymore either. (5/8)
With the lack of the Freedom Fighters and other Archie Sonic characters in IDW Sonic, I doubt there will be any hope for the future of Archie Sonic characters, seeing how SEGA seems to hate those characters now, even the reboot characters. (6/8) @IDWPublishing
I& #39;ll give Archie Comics the benefit of the doubt, as with #COVID19 floating around, maybe they slowed down with work. So maybe that could be the reason why they haven& #39;t replied to my letter. (7/8)
I doubt that @ArchieComics will see or reply to this thread, but if they do, I wonder what they& #39;ll say. There has been nearly 7 years of neglect for the old Archie Sonic timeline, which is ridiculous. OK, I& #39;m done rambling for now. (8/8)
