thinking about the ball and the box theory, trying to convince myself it'll hurt less as time passes but ugh I feel like I'm just wasting away
a Lot of traumatic things have happened to me over the past 9 months or so, some events so close in time to each other that my recovery has been...less than ideal and very up and down
and on top of all that is the pandemic we're collectively suffering from. I have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and PTSD and I'm still hurting from my past but I know with time, it'll hurt less
and I made this thread to show someone who needs it that you're not alone. I know it doesn't make it better to hear that but it's important to know that you Can get help, even if it's just DMing someone on Twitter about what you're feeling
