IM MAD AS HELL!! a thread~

I’m blessed to still be working a few hours in the restaurant(10 a week). But yoooo, FUCK THIS PLACE!

In the 5hrs I was there I made $30 in tips on credit &the manager goes, the owner Paul, feels like we need a new tipping policy during this virus...
She continues to say, so you are getting $15 of this, and the cook & I get the rest.

MIND YOU, they both are getting paid more then me, working more shifts, with longer hours.

Since this virus everyone has been using card too, so I didn’t make much cash tips either.
NOT TO MENTION the fact the general manager decided to cut one of my shifts because he felt like the restaurant Wasn’t Making much Money from 12pm-5pm on Thursday’s to have a server on.

When I was in there last Thursday...
I literally bust my ass at this job, when I first got hired they needed someone to take over the graveyard shift, it’s not what I wanted but you gotta do what you gotta do. And it’s what I’ve been working since, well not rn cause the virus...
Now I’m just standing there looking at her like, THE FUCK?

And she can tell, she continues to say well I don’t want you to feel like you’re getting jipped from your tips, Paul just feels like the cooks deserve more during this time...
I’ve been Bitched at by everyone one of these cooks because of how many orders get sent to the kitchen and they can’t keep up with the amount of orders and the managers aren’t helping them cook cause you know THEY GOT BETTER SHIT TO DO...
