So the overall argument that this person tried to hit me with was essentially "Taekook are cuddly too! Jikook being cuddly and doing fanservice doesn't make them a couple!"

To which I say.... you are absolutely right, my dear tkker! A relationship is more than +
just being cuddly and affectionate. I'm cuddly and affectionate with my best friend! My cousins! Siblings! My goddamn cat! Being a naturally clingy, touchy person doesn't equate to you being in a relationship with someone. If it did, literally all of BTS would be dating. +
Jikookers don't care about those touchy moments--they're just extra. Cherry on top of the cake (or pancake, in this case).

You know what DOES convince us of Jikook's bond? +

Not to mention, the way they are notably the ones there for the other when they LEGITIMATELY get hurt and are dealing with medical issues. Both times we've seen Kook get hurt, the only one that was present in the long-term other than staff was Jimin. +

And yes, Rose Bowl WAS a grand gesture. He wasn't comforting Jimin, there. If he wanted so badly to do something so intimate to make Jimin feel better, he could have helped him up and pulled him to the lift and waited until they were back stage.

He did it, KNOWING that +
there were 60k people in that venue, and millions more would see it on the internet. He did it to show his love for Jimin, both to the fans and to Jimin himself. It was a grand gesture of dedication. He did it because he wanted to, not just to make Jimin feel better. +
It's also in all the other moments they share with us: Matching outfits for valentines, the rainbow unicorn floaty photoshoot, their INSISTENCE on reiterating their belief in destiny and "you are me, I am you". +
It's in the times they shamelessly flirt with each other--"Arrest me!", "Do you smell something burning?", blown kisses, little tender smiles, and soft unnecessary touches when they just want to feel close to each other. +
This isn't even acknowledging all of the hints they leave for fans, like the 123 posts, and some of their more questionable selcas.

Jikook give us SO many reasons to believe in them, dating back as early as 2014-2015, to as recent as literally a week ago. +
It's not just about how "touchy" they are. If people would open their eyes and pay attention to the things they've told and showed us over the years, I think there'd be a lot more Jikook supporters in the world, and that's saying something, because there's already a lot.
