seriously imo, gfriend could've been more popular than they are but there are just some things that hinders us from attaining that.

#1 lack of cn fanbase. they could've built a strong fanbase in cn if they keep updating their weibo account. some particular groups boosted their sales bcs of strong cn fanbase. hoping that soumu could do something about it.

#2 king records sh*tty promotion. fallin' light being promoted as if it's just a digital album disappointed me the most. i know there are some tension between kr and jp so it's pretty understandable that gfriend can't just promote there but +

+ i didn't even feel king records promoted it so much in jp considering it is their first full album?? i heard they're also known in handling some anime music productions but why can't they give the girls the opportunity to sing an anime op? that could boost their jp fanbase too.

#3 'some' of the buddies being afraid of any changes. fingertip and sunny summer proved this already and i still cannot accept the way some treated it. i'm just glad soumu and bh made gfriend pull a crossroads x labyrinth kind of promotion last cb bcs +

+ their first cb with bh could've fl*pped if labyrinth became the title track (with the mindset bang si hyuk changed the image of gfriend we all knew). some be hyping labyrinth by saying it could've been a better title track than crossroads but if it actually became the title +
