The biggest hurdle to these solutions is the collective will to execute them:

The Neo-Orientalist Sultanate Archipelago is the ONLY solution to this problem that has been posed to date--other than a ban on egirls or porn, which, as we've noted, violates not only universal human rights and several UN directives, but even goes against the Narrative Itself!

The pandemic response has given us a preview of how this process will unfold: we will pretend there is no problem, take inadequate half measures, let it explode into a full crisis, and then still lack the guts to propose a genuine solution.
