Who is regulating any bank or service provider in our country? I have experienced malpractise @CitibankIN long b4 the current health crises. The nodal officer is writing nonsense, @RBI ur inbox is full @ an omsbudsman level.
@CitibankIN @Citi u are a disgrace 2 ur global services . I have over a month ago asked for facts which u have failed 2 provide. Simple dates and amounts re payments I have made since Jan 2020 till March 2020 since u claimed I never made a payment 4 jan
Which I happen 2 have proof of of course. Payment was made but late by a few days; & I called & intimated u of the same. I have repeatedly asked also 4 call and message logs 2 be checked.
2 display that ur team has incorrectly demanded double payment even sending me emails . Despite me escalating this 2 ur country head of that dept & the nodal officer u are still trying 2 cover ur asses and lie. @RBI
Completely unacceptable. @RBI why is ur omsbudsman inbox full? is the person not working from home like the rest of us? Why are these banks allowed 2 get away with murder like this?
