A CARRIER & #CORONAVIRUS

I’m lucky to be working rt now, but it means my morning is spent in close quarters w/ my coworkers. Also, a good portion of my route is businesses, so I’m encountering more people than I’d like given this crisis.

...15 yrs w/ the USPS that I’ve worn a mask & gloves in the office. Now the CDC recommends wearing them while in public.

I’m still seeing what seems like too many people out, especially at grocery stores.

PLEASE stay home if you can.

Plan trips so they’re not as often.

If you have an older parent/friend, don’t shop w/ them, shop FOR them.

PLEASE, try & maintain the recommended 6 ft distance between yourself & others.

I have a lot of great customers, but right now, I’d rather not interact w/ them. Don’t open your door to get the mail... (3/4)

Due to #coronavirus, carriers aren’t collecting customer signatures for such deliveries. We sign them ourselves, & leave items at addresses when feasible.
