no, but this genuinely pisses me off so much. our community isn’t equipped to handle the population we already have with this pandemic. we don’t need outsiders coming in on their yachts to endanger us more than we already are.

your sense of safety does not get to come at the expense of ours. this is OUR home and OUR territory. stay the fuck out and don’t come back if you’re going to be this careless with our lives. we have two doctors, one ventilator, and iirc? only three available hospital beds.

don’t force our medical staff to choose between us, or anyone at all, because you decided to be selfish and come even with the travel ban. we have no confirmed cases and i’d like to keep it that way. stop fucking playing with our lives like this, we deserve better than that.

if i can refrain from visiting my elderly grandfather, my niece and nephew with weak immune systems, my grandmother and her sister-in-law in the hospital. you can refrain from coming to my home and putting my people in danger.

this is actually why i can’t stand most non-native people. our territories are not yours to use at your disposal. our resources are not yours to expend and take away from us. fuck off and leave us alone.

the provincial and federal government aren’t helping us. we have to deal with this on our own. we’ll barely be able to help our own people if this virus makes it here and spreads. stop fucking being selfish and stop putting indigenous lives at risk.
