Reason #1: Their names sound ODDLY similar don't yoU think???

Reason #2: in the new Testament, Michael defeats Satan, I think Mikhail is also able-bodied to defeat Satan

Reason #3: in the xenosaga games (predecessors to xenoBLADE), different writers were allowed input ideas, leading to a game about gnosticism literally featuring Jesuit Christian Jesus
As you may know, Jesus is featured in the Bible, which also features Michael

Reason #4: they are both blonde

Reason #5: they are both chads

Reason #6: Michael is depicted commanding armies, armies in present day feature tanks.
Mikhail is actually a tank in blade form!!! (even though Michael was depicted as a healer shhhhhhhhh)

Reason #7: Mikhail's main blade eater weapon are feathery fans, feathers exist in wings, and Michael has wings!!!

Reason #8: I am Jewish just like these two characters and I'm also a chad

Reason #9: Michael is mentioned 3 times in the Hebrew Bible, all in the book of Daniel, in this book, Daniel is shown having visions, just like SHULK XENOBLADE!!!

Reason #10: Michael is from Israel, Israel sounds suspiciously similar to is real, which Mikhail is in my heart

Reason #12: Satan is thrown to hell along with some fallen angels and is in the Bible, Mikhail could be seen as a fallen angel after his life became fucking trash because of Amalthus, but Satan isn't blonde, so let's say he's still more like Michael

Reason #13: There is a God depicted as a chill dude in both xenoblade 2 and the Bible

Reason #14: Mikhail's blade friend has mech arms as his main weapons, I bet if Michael was an anime abomination he'd also have a friend with mech arms

Reason #15: Xenoblade 2 and the Bible are both loosely based after Xenogears (1998)

Reason #16: both the Bible and Xenoblade 2 have rabid fanbases who are horny for the depicted characters

Reason #17: In the General Roman Calendar, the Anglican Calendar of Saints, and the Lutheran Calendar of Saints, the archangel's feast is celebrated on Michaelmas Day, 29 September.

Reason #18: Mikhail is featured as a stupid kid in Torna the golden country

Reason #19: I could probably think of better reasons for these two being connected, but I'm lazy, just like how Sloth is depicted as a sin in holy scriptures. Sloths hang on trees, and trees exist on the tornan titan

Reason #20: the Mont-saint-michel shrine in France looks legit identical to certain areas in xenogears

Reason #20: Tetsuya Nomura designed Mikhail, Nomura is famous for illustrating certain bad final fantasy characters, in contrast Yoshitaka Amano designed certain very good final fantasy characters, and also worked on the Bible

Kora the blade is not in Torna, so this point is flawed, just like Michael the Archangel, and Mikhail the best guy
