Earlier this afternoon, I got this email from @canlis about our meal delivery order. 1/13
The email was accidentally sent to everyone (300+ customers) without a bcc. Yes, you guessed it, someone replied all:

. @bestofnextdoor made a cameo appearance 4/13
At this point, I was bracing for the inevitable "please remove me from your mailing list" message. But instead: 5/13
There must have been at least a dozen other emails saying that they had made a donation to @FeedingAmerica.
Mark Canlis himself joined in the fun and sent the following: 8/13

Moral of the story is, definitely reply all to a gigantic email list because it will definitely turn out well in the end! (lol plz no) 12/13
Absolutely amazed that one misguided "reply all" response generated thousands of $ in donations for a worthy cause! Well done, Seattle! #familymealreplyallclusterfuckgroup #WeGotThisSeattle /end
