Synchronizing chakra is explaind as being on the same wave length as your partner, sensing their chakra, and matching it in not only flow, but power as well.
Breathing in unison is especially stressed. As well as being partially intuitive. This proves how much you must really understand each other/by in sync in all aspects of your partner
Its is near impossible for boruto and naruto to do. They train like crazy and after a few days,
they finally start to figure it out. But they still cant synchroniz completely even after all the training.

Now that we understand the work that goes into learning a combo attack lets look at NH infusing chakra with eachother. They do this completely intuitively. Showing they are in harmony with one another. A testament to the level of understanding they have with eachother.
Next, the combo attack.
First we see narutos rasengan then hinatas twin lion covers it. Boruto and naruto were only trying to combine a rasengan. Imagine combining two DIFFERENT techniques and the amount of chakra control, youd have to have to pull this off.

Not only that, but now we know that the partners must be equal in strength and flow.
So this is also a testament to hinatas strength. Her being able to match naruto in strength and flow with complete ease, is a huge feat.

Naruto and hinatas combo attack was effortless because of how deeply connected these two are. Its proof of thier love, thier strength, and their ability to sense one another.
