Some of the first things I ever made dating back to last year , the progress I’ve made in a year is incredible. (A small thread)
After getting discouraged with the lack of response I got with my clothes I took a break for months with no creative flow. At a point, I gave up completely.
A few months later I started making these sets, which ended up being my best seller. These sets alone encouraged me to go harder, be more creative.
Then I decided to make this reconstructed jacket, from a sweatshirt, Jean jacket, and old cargo pants. At this point my creativity was spiking daily.
I took about a month or so after this to focus on the production of my velvet sets and was planning more and more in regards to designing.
After making my velvet sets, I decided to step out of my creative comfort zone and make this crocodile set. To this day, this is one of my favorite pieces.
After a few weeks of planning, I set out to start my own swimwear collection. This marked the beginning of my label:
Today, I made this jacket which sold out in just about 2 hours and received an overwhelming response from so many people.
I post and say all of this to say, if you want to do something do it! Don’t let small things or no response discourage you. Anything you set your mind on can and will happen. Stay focused and grind harder.
