Not everybody wants or needs religion/spirituality or belief in a divine power to feel inner peace & calm, or to feel safe & grounded in life.

I get so sick of some ppls' "Oh, you THINK you're at peace, but you don't understand what it means to have the Lord in your heart. THEN you'll be truly at peace" mentality. Nah, fam. Been there, done that. I'm good.

And if ppl do connect with religion/spirituality, more power to ya! My own family is quite religious. I was raised that way.

The condescension/holier-than-thou b.s. can GO, though.
