Folx, we& #39;ve given up on the unemployment website. We have moved on to the "RAPaperApplication," the paper application. Some early observations:
The information requested on the paper application is different than what was on the website. For instance, the paper app asks for height and weight, and the website did not. I& #39;m unclear why the @FLDEO needs to know this info.
For the record, my husband is the same weight as he was when he was in the Italian army 30 years ago. Here& #39;s a photo of him with our dog.
The paper app doesn& #39;t ask about independent contractor status. A feature of the CARES Act makes unemployment benefits available to independent contractors, gig workers, freelance workers, the self-employed, and others who don& #39;t ordinarily qualify for unemployment insurance.
The paper app is MUCH easier to use, and we& #39;ll be mailing it tomorrow. LINK to the @FLDEO unemployment paper application (thanks to @MATTSURRENCY for pointing it out. He saved our sanity tonight):

Here& #39;s another photo of Marco, with my dad.
Fun factoid about my husband: he is from the same city in Italy that @andrewcuomo and @ChrisCuomo& #39;s relatives were from
