Ingredients: chicken, turkey, pork, chorizo, black beans, guacamole, sweet pickled turnip in thin slices (chifa style), mayonnaise, other sauces depending on personal taste. 1/n
2/n Start by grilling your meats #burritoday
3/n I couldn’t find sweet pickled turnip so I had to use my last three sweet slices of pickled cucumber (yum!).
Plus the crushed avocado (too big a production to want to chop onion and herbs). #burritoday
4/n the black beans. I mixed some beef chilli with black beans (both from tins).
Drain before incorporating. This thing is messy enough as it is. #burritoday
5/n with all the bits and bobs prepped, make your tortillas. Super Rueda makes very elastic and big wheat flour crepĂ©s. basic crepĂ© mix & rest for 40 minutes at room temperature to allow the gluten to unroll. Coeliac friends: replace with what works for you 🧡 #burritoday
