Crap, crap, crap. There is a #COVID19 case in rural Alaska (off the road system). Specific village isn& #39;t mentioned - it& #39;s only listed as Yukon-Koyukuk census area. It is unknown if it is community spread or travel at this point.https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="đŸ˜„" title="Disappointed but relieved face" aria-label="Emoji: Disappointed but relieved face">
There are 11 new cases from yesterday and 15 hospitalizations (I think they are counting the Alaskan that died in Washington State as part of this hospitalization count). Of that 3 have died so there are 12 people in the hospital, currently.
Officially, 16 people have recovered, but Dr. Zink believes there are probably more.

My note: If we could test everyone, which we should be doing, then we& #39;d have a much better idea of how many have vs don& #39;t.
I& #39;m hoping recently approved blood test by FDA will help determine who has had COVID and who hasn& #39;t. That is the only way we are going to get a handle on this.
Alaskans are being asked to cover our nose/mouth with a cloth face cover for grocery shopping/picking up prescriptions or where you will encounter people in a building. Dr. Zink gave guidelines on use (how 2 remove, wash hands, not 2 protect YOU from virus, but 2 protect others).
I like this video for making a mask out of a hankie that was found by @outofcontextYo4 https://twitter.com/fakerapper/status/1246177574398689280">https://twitter.com/fakerappe...
Governor Dunleavy is talking about church services. He said they are not condoning gatherings. Someone in the religious community asked if they could have a service in a parking lot if they stayed in their cars.

Geez people, you can& #39;t not go to church for awhile?
I mean, can we be innovative and have online services where the pastor creates a recording and people can watch?

I guess I& #39;m a bad Christian.
