கனடாவில் குடியேற்ற உரிமம்(Permanent residence) பெறுவதை எனக்கு தெரிந்த அளவில் இங்கு பகிருகிறேன். இந்த இழையில் தமிழ் & ஆங்கிலம் கலந்து, தகவல்களைப் பதியவிருக்கின்றேன். 1/ஃ
சில முக்கிய சேதிகள் உறுதியானால் கனடா குடியேற்ற உரிமை கிடைப்பது ஏறத்தாழ உறுதி செய்திடலாம். 1. கல்வி - முதுகலை மற்றும் அதற்கும் மேம்பட்ட பட்டம் & IELTS/CELPIP - ஆங்கில அறிவுத் தேர்வில் நல்ல மதிப்பெண். 2. வயது 3. குடும்பத்தினர் எண்ணிக்கை 4. பணம் கையிருப்பு
5. திருமண நிலை 6. குறைந்தது 3 வருடப்பணி அனுபவம் ஏதேனும் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட திறன்/சேவை/பணி 7. கனடாவில் உங்களது விருப்பப்பணி தொழில் வாய்ப்பு பற்றிய புரிதல்
All we need are only these documents to get our Canada PR: 1. Marriage Certificate(if applicable), 2. Passport, 3. Medical Certificate(A very basic Medical test done at any Canada Govt authorized center, mostly in your city or a next nearest city from your current place)
4. Education Proofs - Your degree transcripts, verified by an agency called WES and your IELTS/CELPIP results. 5. Police Clearance Certificates from all countries where you live for more than 6 months continuously, including your home country.
6. Document to support Finance available for your landing in Canada, as per this page( https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/proof-funds.html).
7. Photograph 8. Employment Experience Certificates from employer or equivalent supporting documents attested by Manager/peers and payslips, Form16. all just to prove your employment status, roles and responsibilities and the duration.
9. Letter of Explanation - if we need to explain any of our submitted documents in greater detail. 10. Birth Certificate for dependant children as applicable.
ஆம், மேற்கூறிய ஆவணங்கள் போதும். இவை Express Entry எனும் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் விண்ணப்பிக்க இந்த ஆவணங்கள் தேவையானவை. இது போக இன்னும் பலவழிகள் உள்ளன.
ஒவ்வொரு மாநிலமும் அவற்றின் தேவைக்குறிய திறனாளிகளுக்கு குடியேற்ற உரிமம் தர தனித்தனியாக Quota and application system வைத்துள்ளனர்.
நான் Express Entry திட்டத்தில் விண்ணப்பித்து கனடாவிற்கு இடம் பெயர்ந்தேன். இது முழுக்க முழுக்க இணையத்தில் உங்கள் ஓய்வு நேரத்தில் செய்யக் கூடிய பணி.
மேற்கூறிய ஆவணங்கள் சேகரிக்க அதிகபட்சம் 3 மாதம் ஆகலாம். என்று இறுதி விண்ணப்பம் செய்கின்றோமோ, அன்றைய தேதியில், Proof of Funds குறைந்தபட்சம் அந்த தேதிக்கு 6 மாதம் முன்பே நமது வங்கிக்கணக்கில் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
மேலே குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள சுட்டிகளைக் கொண்டு உங்களது Eligibilityயை அறியலாம். ஏதேனும் சந்தேகம் இருப்பின் தயங்காமல் கேளுங்க, எனக்கு தெரிந்ததை கூறுகின்றேன்.
கனடா வந்து கிட்டதட்ட 2 ஆண்டுகள் ஆகப்போகின்றது. நான் கற்றது கைமண்ணளவே. எனது சிற்றறிவுக்கு எட்டியதை பகிர்ந்துள்ளேன். இதில் தகவல்கள் கோர்வையின்றி இருக்கலாம். கேள்விகள் கேளுங்க தெளிவுபடுத்துகின்றேன்.
First step: Analyze the Canadian job market for your current skillset or your near future planned skillset(if you are actively studying to acquire a new skill and confident about landing a job in that).
Second Step: Do a self-evaluation of your eligibility to apply for Express entry and possible Provincial Nominee Programs(PNP). Keep in mind that Express Entry alone may not work for all of us. Different people need different strategies.
Thrid Step: Plan your IELTS/CELPIP exam and WES ECA evaluation in parallel. We need a successful IELTS result and ECA report to create an EXpress Entry profile.
Successful IELTS result is a minimum score of 6 is all skills. But in 90% of cases, getting just 6 in each skill wont be useful. We need good score in IELTS. A score of 8777 is the minimum requirement. 8 in Listening and 7 in every other skill is in short 8777.
Upon securing the 8777 score in IELTS, we get good adaptability scores. Check for the equivalent score in CELPIP, if you plan that route.

Education assessment would be different for different skill group. For Engineers and most occupations, mostly it is WES.( https://www.wes.org/ca/ ) For other skills, refer the above link for respective agencies.

Once IELTS and ECA results are available, you may create an Express Entry profile. Utilise the guidance posts available in online forums like http://canadavisa.com and submit your profile. This profile can be updated any time. This is your first level application.
Once your profile gets created successfully, you will get an official CRS score. By now you would be aware if your profile itself qualifies for roughly 475 points or not. If it is less, weened several strategies to improve our points to some extent.
