I’ve gone through like 5 leftist friends who hava all abandoned me at some point for having a differing opinion. You can disagree with someone and still remain friends.

It’s not like they ended the friendship and left it at that, no they went around and bad mouthed me to everyone and went out of their way to tell people not to associate with me. Just because we had a disagreement lol

I was very close to falling into that regressive left rabbit hole but before that could happen I was relentlessly harassed by them over a certain stance I hold and boy did they attack me over it. Being on the receiving end of that really opens your eyes.
