The Kitchener Rangers reportedly got Adam Fantilli to sign a tender with Chicago USHL so that he'll fall to them.

It's all a smokescreen being propelled and helped along by TSN's Bob Mckenzie who is the Dad of Kitchener GM Mike McKenzie.

Not meant to be a slam on Bob McKenzie in any way - He's just doing his job. After all, Fantilli did sign a tender with Chicago.

But it just makes sense.

Also, Fantilli's list which he reportedly submitted in March includes two teams:

The London Knights and the Kitchener Rangers.
