So tonight I learned what “gang stalking” is which, quite possibly due to my narcissistic exes, is what’s been happening to me over the last 5 yrs. It would explain the regular abusive messages, being spied on, people finding out personal info I know I didn’t give them etc.

Putting the fact I now cannot sleep because of this new information aside what’s more troubling is how very little people are phased by this type of behaviour. It’s like...my privacy and safety both become jeopardised in favour of...them getting a bit of juicy gossip? #narcissism

I contacted the police last year due to several threatening messages I received and their response was basically, “ignore them and they’ll go away.” Not sure if this is of any importance but....they haven’t gone away?

So I’m now in a rut over what to do. I’m aware somebody could come across this thread in time but I don’t know if this will act as a warning to them or will only aggravate the behaviour and make it worse? Could be time to delete Twitter again, I guess.
