Here is my prescription (sure to be ignored)

- write statements for each speaker
- hv statements edited by ppl who understand value of brevity & not afraid of the politicos
- tell speakers who want 2 repeat old info NO
- allow more time for questions to get new info

If the statements are properly crafted there will be no need for them to be repeated and "translated"
