Reflection. As our hospital preps for COVID surge and @UhnPharmacy plans to "redeploy" pharmacists to high needs areas, I am more grateful than ever for my pharmacy residency training. 1/

I may not know everything about every clinical area, but I have a good base and solid process for working through problems. Not to mention a deep bench of expert RPh mentors/colleagues to lean on. 2/

Spent the day cross-training to provide back-up to ICU prn and felt surprisingly comfortable there, thanks to past exposure through APPE and residency rotations. 3/
