I don’t get why they don’t make the Homelink a *software* upgrade?

Complicated to install? Expensive licensing fees? I don’t get it.

It sucks because this is one of the best Tesla features hands down.

it would be such an easy impulse buy as a software upgrade

alright I guess HomeLink is a separate company that sells to all car manufacturers, so it’s probably some kind of licensing issue

send a negotiator over there and say hey we want to make this a software upgrade and include on all cars, work with us here
