why does streamlabs have documentation for setting cooldowns through chat, but not actually support setting cooldowns through chat

I can understand not supporting it

but why *document it*

related to this thread, does anyone know any good resources on twitch moderation

I figure that since I'm now a mod on a (small) channel I should probably learn more about being a mod and I know there is at least one person who follows me who mods and might know useful resources

I mean, the people in chat so far have been pretty chill, so this is more out of curiosity than necessity anyway
